Belmont Suites is a space made up of private beauty suites designed for independent beauty professionals.
Instead of working in a traditional salon, each stylist or artist has their own private suite where they run their own business, set their own schedule, and create a personalized experience for their clients.
For clients, that means a more private, one-on-one appointment in a calm, professional environment.
For beauty professionals, it means the freedom to be your own boss while working in a beautiful, modern space.
We can’t wait to bring this new concept to Sparta this summer!

Who are the suites for?
Beauty professionals like hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, lash artists, nail techs, massage therapists and more.
How many suites are available?
We have 5 total suites and currently 3 are available to lease. We have two different sizes available as well.
What are the lease terms?
Belmont Suites offers long-term rentals to help provide stability and consistency for your business.
Standard lease term is 12 months (1 year)
This allows you to grow your clientele, build your brand, and truly make your space your own.
