**To make, reschedule or cancel an appointment

-My hours my vary based on the fact that I work by appointment. I try my best to answer calls and messages on my days out of the salon( Sunday- Tuesday ). If you do not receive a call or message back in a timely manner, please call me at the salon during my business hours Wednesday- Saturday.

- The best way to schedule an appointment via texting is to

~include your first and last name 

~days and time of day that work best for you (its best to be prepared for a 2-4 week wait)

~If you are a first time client scheduling a color appointment please include a unfiltered photo in natural lighting of your hair currently and a inspiration photo of what you are looking to achieve- if you do not not have a specific inspiration photo please look through my gallery and my photos on either instagram: @colorbychelsey or facebook: Color by Chelsey and send me the photos that you like and are closest to your desired outcome. 

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, a text message reminder will be sent to you at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please give more then a 24 hour notice. If you are unable to give more than a 24 hour notice, an upfront deposit may be required for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time you may be subject to a late charge and or have to reschedule your appointment. All of my clients are very important to me and I am passionate about delivering excellent service. I truly appreciate your cooperation and support.
